I chose to overlay the ADDIE model with the concepts of Project Management and Teamwork to represent what I have learned about how these entities work together. The ADDIE model is the foundational approach for Instructional Design. As I have participated in the coursework for EDIT 732 and 752, I have learned the value of teamwork and collaboration as well as the nuances that it takes to make a team function as a cohesive unit.
I have also learned the importance of finding the right balance between revising a Project Management Plan and managing scope creep, educating clients, and making data-driven decisions. That balance can be hard to find, but it is an important element to making the ADDIE process work effectively.
I feel these three entities are inseparably linked in the ideal setting for Instructional Design.
